After weeks of throwing names around (some good, many terrible), we hit a wall. Then one of us, deep in a Matrix rewatch binge, casually joked, "At the end of the day, recruiting is also about finding the One." And that was it. Neo. The One. A name that stood for clarity, purpose, and awakening — exactly what great hiring feels like. And Neo being an anagram of One only added to the fun. We couldn't have scripted it better if we tried.
